Making cakes... the lazy way..

Got this steamed cake/bread mix from Isetan supermarket last saturday after my class. Just need to add some water to the mix, mix them well, and pour into baking cups. I added some fresh blueberries too.


One bad thing about steamed cakes... They'll harden if you leave them over a couple of days.. Have to re-steam them... lol
