And I mean chevrons. =)
My current knit-in-progress is the Chevron top from Issue 28 of Mollie Makes. The instructions don't seem very accurate though..

Knitting Progress
Yay!! I have finally finished knitting my Icy Tenney Park sweater! I'm now left with the arduous task of weaving all the ends in..... The horror..
The upside from this project is that I learnt a new technique! A really stretchy bind off suitable for neckbands, waistbands, socks bands etc.. If you are into knitting, I strongly recommend learning this technique!
I have also started and completed 1 side of the Stockholm Cowl (incidentally, this is where I got to know about the new bind-off method).. Need to knit faster!

Icy Tenney Park Sweater Progress
The entrelac panel is already blocked:
Now in the process of knitting the main part of the sweater:
The colors in the 2 photos above seem a little off, but they both do have the same kind of bluish green tone to it.
By the way, is anyone else having problem accessing Ravelry? I keep getting "This webpage is not available" error... =|

What's in my knitting bowl...
My entrelac panel is currently blocking-in-progress. I kinda had some trouble trying to stretch the panel to 18 inches by 6 inches.... And while the yarn is pretty to look at, it is not nice to knit with... The yarn has uneven thickness, is splitty and keeps tearing! =| (I'm using the same yarn that the pattern called for)
Now that this is blocking, I will be knitting the rest of the pieces for the Tenney Park sweater.

Happy Yarn Bombing!
Gasp! A bomb!! A yarn bomb!!!
Fleeeeeee!!!!
Gahh!! It's going to blow!!!! Take cover!
=D Rainbow, tiny rabbits, human beans, tiny fishes, mushrooms and the gigantic cloud are based on patterns from Mochimochi Land. The gigantic bomb, grass patches and hot air balloons are my own designs. As for the crochet balloons, I got them from here. Made a trip down to my work place today (a Sunday!) to yarn-bomb our shared office table with this. =P
I also yarn-bombed my colleagues' tables with these cute mini yarn bombs (yes, I'm taking "yarn bombing" way too literally.. =P). These are slightly scaled-down versions of the "gigantic" yarn bomb I had in the diorama, and each mini bomb is customized:

Um, yes, I went a little too far in making the packaging pretty.. Hehe, just a little "bad habit" of mine. I love packaging things nicely. And I had great fun playing with the plastic bag sealer!
I've used shrink plastic to make the customization of each mini yarn bomb as well as the "Yarn Bombed!" tags.
I had planned to make some knitted balloons on sticks but time's really not on my side. For some reason, I knit tiny stuffs pretty slowly... >< Anyways, Happy Yarn Bombing!
